“With the increasing growth in hip-hop music, we as artist from Durban also want to showcase

our talent to the world,’ said (Ashveer Ramcharan, Director.) Looking at the increasing growth of

artist in Durban, starting this record label allows me to help these artist achieve. We as a label want

to open a path for artist in Durban, we don’t want artist feeling they got to reside elsewhere in

order to pursue a career in this industry.

Having the opportunity to come across artist like Dinkie, Blacksoul Siziba, Prince Germini,

Loukie, Vyking, Holy Key, Dope King TMG, ALL P, Huss Deezy, Cee Alsina and Yeshy G has

allowed me to understand the true talent our fellow people have, and this inspired me to push

forward.

While having a roster of artist, we at PIMP RECORDS AND ENTERTAINMENT plan to go out

scouting for talent in South Africa, so we can allow for artist to grow and secure a foundation for the

generation going forward.
